This seems like a very crowded space, HCM. It feels like everyone more or less has similar products and revenue models, at least from a distance. I wanted to narrow in on maybe the nuances here. First, what do you think are the primary ways that Dayforce differentiates itself from a product, sales, or support perspective?

What does Dayforce have today? They're actually the only vendor that has a single line of code or a single code platform across four big areas - HR, workforce management, event scheduling and global payroll. They're the only ones that have everything on a single platform. By comparison, if you look at Workday, their global pay is just an integration. They have HR and some payroll engines in a single system, and they have time and attendance, but they don't have advanced scheduling. I use that as an example. Then there's UKG, which includes Kronos. It's all built through acquisition.
