In your experience, how long did customers typically use the software? Were renewal rates on contracts high at Asseco? In your experience, did hospitals use Asseco software for a long time, like 10 or 15 years?

If they started with Asseco, they usually never switched to other systems. I would say 95% of clients who started using Asseco systems never changed to other systems. Does that answer your question? I'm still not sure about the answer.

That's an interesting point. Typically, how much did Asseco increase prices every year?

To be honest, I don't know the exact figures, but I think the price increase was probably between 15% and 20% per year. There was a significant rise between 2012 and 2018, with a really huge increase in prices.
