Chief of Urologic Surgery at a leading academic medical center with 40+ years of experience in endourology and minimally invasive stone management, including pioneering work since the mid-1980s in percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, and laser lithotripsy. Conducts 20-25 high-complexity endourologic procedures monthly and oversees an institutional program performing 150-200+ cases monthly, with extensive expertise in device development, clinical workflow optimization, and technology adoption across guidewires, baskets, lasers, and stone-fragmentation systems. Published author of 300+ peer-reviewed articles and 100+ book chapters with editorial roles at major urology journals and recipient of the Endourological Society's Lifetime Achievement Award.
