That's really interesting. Before we discuss the decision to work with Wise, it seems like you're a forward thinker who took a risk that paid off. Before we delve into that, could you explain how you manage the remittance business? What metrics are important for you, and how does Wise fit into that? The reason I ask is that there's concern about whether using Wise instead of Swift might impact a bank's profitability. I'd love to hear about the KPIs you're managing towards and how Wise fits into that.

This drive led us to enhance our remittance services for retail customers. One requirement from our directors was to ensure the Swift business didn't lose traction, as it was shrinking. They didn't want to lose revenue from remittances. With regulatory limitations like a 25,000 maximum transaction and the need for a seamless customer experience, we wanted to support Swift as well. Currently, our Swift business grows by 12% to 15% annually, while this business grows by 100% each year.
