Regarding a blueprint, what would you want? I would say a minimum of two rooms, ideally three, for consulting. This is for a very basic first opinion practice. It also depends on the model you're running. Are you operating standalone practices, or are you using a hub and spoke model, with a hospital in the center and feeder practices on the outside?

What is the scope of work? Is it a pure GP practice? Can they handle slightly more advanced procedures? Do they have any certificates or diplomas? What can they offer? What is the USP of that practice? Branding is another consideration. If they have strong local branding, are they open to rebranding? Do you want to rebrand, or do you just want to make them part of the group?
