Let's talk about their capacity as an IT organization. Were there any significant weaknesses you noticed in their capacity or capability, or would you say they were world-class?

My personal experience was very positive. Since XPO, I've been with three or four other companies, and I would say XPO and GXO were top-notch, particularly because they were customer-driven. Whenever a customer needed something, we delivered it by the required date. We never had to extend deadlines. Whether we needed to allocate more resources, involve vendors, or focus our team on a specific customer, we ensured the customer received what they needed on time. We made sacrifices to ensure customer satisfaction. One example I mentioned is about a big customer. Initially, we provided them with corporate IT support. Over time, we realized this customer had enough work to justify a dedicated IT team. So, we offered them a team of five, six, or seven people solely supporting this account. This ensures there are no delays, and the customer knows they are paying for these resources. We are happy to grow with the customer.
