One of my overarching concerns is the impact of AI in this era, where content can be created quickly and cheaply. This includes text-based and increasingly video-based content. You mentioned competitors like Carnegie, Critical Conversations, or Blanchard, but there's also the option for organizations to create content internally. If a learning and development team is savvy with AI, they could generate customized material quickly and cheaply. Now, is it as good as FranklinCovey? Does it have those timeless principles? I don't know. But there might be a perception that they can do it themselves. What's your thought on how AI affects companies like FranklinCovey?
Many companies are doing that, and I can see people creating content for their own teams. However, there's something about trusting the expertise of a company like FranklinCovey, which has human behavior experience and research. If I were an L&D leader, I wouldn't want to rely solely on ChatGPT. If I logged into FranklinCovey's AI as a coach, I'd be more likely to trust it.

It's a different modality. It's helpful while you're engaging with the content, but it doesn't replace, like you said, that in-person experience. Sitting in the room, and so on.
Exactly. I think it's really valuable. I believe it will become an even greater enhancement for someone going through a micro course or a course to be able to chat with an expert coach whom they trust. This is because it's embedded with trusted content, allowing for back-and-forth communication. I've done a lot of AI interactions as a thought partner, and it's really helpful. Being able to do that during a course, to say, "Hey, I've got a scenario here," and go back and forth, will be a very helpful enhancement. I agree, it's not a replacement but an enhancement and an advantage. If people go through courses and have a more impactful experience through a micro course by engaging with an AI coach that feels like a conversation and not just a bot, it will be huge. In my last company, they had something similar, and I can speak to that experience if you like. I don't want to get off topic, but they had something similar.
