What's your view, given that you were there relatively recently? If I were to poll people in CertainTeed about the prospects for their vinyl business and future, what would they expect? Leaving market share aside, obviously they can win against other vinyl. But if they were taking a view of their expectations for vinyl as a whole, do you think the market share losses will continue, or are we much closer to that asymptote now where it's got its market share and will be stable from here?

I truly believe it's going to be losing market share. They had a big push on vinyl when I left, but now, even speaking with my old colleagues at trade shows, I still see them from time to time. I've discussed with them about their vinyl and siding business and they've moved away from the huge focus and shift into it. I don't think they see it as profitable as they thought it would be. They're more focused again on roofing, which is their bread and butter and money maker.

I see a shift happening even with some home builders in my area. I'm still in the construction business and talk to many of the same people. I see a huge shift, with some home builders moving to fiber cement in the coming years. So I do see a large loss, or they might even back out, in my opinion.
