This gives me a good starting point. You mentioned in-network and out-of-network earlier. To understand how this works, SilverRock services limited warranty programs for cars sold by Carvana or DriveTime. If a mechanical issue arises, and the customer wants to use their warranty, they contact SilverRock. Do you then refer them to the nearest in-network shop, or how does the routing work when they call SilverRock?
To encourage clients to use in-network shops, we offer different deductibles. Out-of-network deductibles were $200, while in-network was zero, but that may have changed to $50 or $100. This strategy encourages visits to in-network shops, providing us with better labor rates and cheaper prices.
