I'm curious, besides the online experience and sourcing, are there other areas like logistics, data, and pricing where Carvana seems to be ahead of CarMax operationally, from your perspective or from talking to people?

My guess would be that it has to be in their reconditioning. I don't think they go as deep, or maybe they've done research to see that they don't need to go as deep in terms of the reconditioning standards that CarMax prides itself on. It's like 15 hours from when a car starts its process until it becomes saleable, which must impact their margin significantly. I know for a fact that Carvana does not invest in the 75-point inspection or whatever it is to make the cars like new again. So, I imagine it's coming out of reconditioning and making cars available faster, potentially not doing as much because they've figured that customers are okay with a scratch on the bumper or whatever.
