That means the wrong prices and wrong cars?
Too many cars at a high price, not enough cars, and not moving your margins effectively to take advantage of the ups and downs more aggressively. I don't understand why the company got fixated on this narrow band of margin management, thinking that's what shareholders wanted. I think it led them to poor decisions since Covid.
