And what about their respective reputations in the industry?
Yes, Carlisle definitely had the best reputation and was the market leader in commercial roofing. Before we acquired Allied Building Products in 2018, we worked with Firestone, but not as extensively as with Carlisle. Johns Manville and GAF, we supplemented their quality products, which had diverse offerings, warranties, and guarantees.

A system that's fully warrantied and guaranteed. They offer a strong warranty that can be relied upon. If issues arise, they know it will be resolved. Carlisle provides specialized training for installing their products, working with large developers and contractors on proper installation. They offer training and support that may not be available from others like Elevate, GAF, or Johns Manville. Carlisle leads the market in training and is very customer-focused. They want everyone to recognize their superior product, so they engage with contractors to build loyalty through diverse products, warranties, guarantees, training, and post-completion support.
