So why would someone choose Acuren? Is it just the breadth of their services? How price-sensitive is the paying customer, especially for the maintenance work specifically?

It's highly commoditized and very price sensitive. It's a big relationship business, and the crews have a lot of power. For instance, if a site likes a crew, and even a site leader, such as the Acuren site leader, decides to leave and work for Team, Mistras, or a mom-and-pop operation, it can shift the business to an approved qualified provider. However, that's not very common. More often, there's an unsolicited proposal, an RFP event, or a performance problem where the provider falls out of favor. For example, if Acuren has a safety issue, like a spill involving radioactive materials, that's a serious problem. Or if there's a relationship breakdown, which can happen in blue-collar environments, it might lead to a situation where Acuren is removed from the site. If the crew is still liked, it can result in what's known as a hardhat swap, where they just change the outfit and logo, similar to being traded.
