Also, they have touted the acquisition of Element AI a few years back, claiming it brought AI talent into the company. It's unclear how many stayed versus left. Did you have any thoughts on whether that talent remained or left the company?
It was hard to tell. They acquired some HR AI company meant to help with career progression. We never saw them. I couldn't tell you if the AI talent stayed, left, or got integrated, but they didn't integrate with our team.

Why did they leave?
One of my colleagues often complained about the company dragging its feet on addressing technical debt and building for the future. When we were developing AI capabilities, we didn't have the necessary compute power. They were asking too much of the current infrastructure. We also emphasized the need for better talent to achieve their goals. The workload they wanted to accomplish, which may relate to the Elemental acquisition, was simply too much.
