Could you expand on the RFP process? What other vendors made your final shortlist, and what were the two to three decisive reasons you chose Netskope?

Specifically, one of the main differentiating factors of Netskope was their network, which consists of many Points of Presence (POPs) overlaying our global footprint. Each of these POPs runs on their own infrastructure, not public cloud infrastructure, and delivers all the services within the scope of their offering. This is something that very few vendors can provide.

Could you expand on the RFP process? What other vendors made your final shortlist, and what were the two to three decisive reasons you chose Netskope?

The devil is in the details because, for example, we wanted to provide our users with a Secure Web Gateway, DNS security, Cloud Firewall, Private Access (which replaces VPN technology), and Web DLP, though not advanced DLP. The key differentiator for us was being able to provide all these features irrespective of where the user is located globally. Imagine that 50% of our business and revenues come from the Americas, including Latin America.
