We’ve got both formal and informal mechanisms to do that. We run, what we call, an investment office, which is independent to the portfolio management teams, and offers quality control and oversight, that whatever has been agreed between the portfolio manager and myself, that they are following exactly what we’ve agreed. On a formal basis, we have regular monthly meetings, in which the portfolio managers will demonstrate that, to a broad committee, which includes some of our client relationship executives, to be sure that we are fully aligned the way in which our clients want us to manage that money.
