If I am the mechanic and I ordered the part because I have a customer car waiting on the lift, how fast will I get this part from Inter Cars?
If this is not a specific car like a 1999 Honda Accord Type S , which only two are registered in Croatia and Slovenia, but it is a 2005 Golf Diesel with 100,000 driving around the area, you will get the part that day. If you order before 08:00 the part will arrive at your workshop by 10:00 at the latest.

Why not?
It has to do with cultural. Here in Croatia, the big boss, the owner of the entity, letting something out of his hands is a different approach. Inter Cars broke through this mindset that they do not need to own and control everything. They give people freedom to be entrepreneurs. If I were interested in working with the aftermarket, I would definitely take the Inter Cars model. As a private individual with a franchise and your own company, you are more invested in the business and interested in growing it, making money from customers, paying on time, and making things run. This is different from leading a branch of CIAK or Tokić because it is not mine, I am simply an employee.

Because of the loyalty.
Yes, it is crucial for Inter Cars. I met people there who are not employed by Inter Cars but are franchise employees, and they are more connected to Inter Cars as a brand than people who are at the headquarters.
