Do you have a view on the new installed management, like Wrona (Wojciech Wronowski), who I know has been at the company since pretty much the start, and Maciej Hebda?

I worked very closely with both of them. I didn't work very closely with Anton Gauffin before, so I only worked with Wrona as the CEO. I think maybe he has good intentions, but I think in the end it doesn't turn into actions. He has his vision in his mind of where he wants the company to go, but in the end the vision never materializes into something that happens. The game is still making $600,000 or $500,000 a day at the moment, and the EBITDA is very high, so they're obviously doing something right. But in the end, I don't feel like any of the strategies that have been presented are materializing into something for the long term.

If you were running the company, what would you do differently? If you were in charge of making decisions and saying this is how we go on from here.

I would definitely put my focus on enriching the game as it is now. In order to keep the game interesting, you have to add layers and have things going on all the time because it's difficult to do that. I think I would put focus on that and put a lot of focus on making successful M&A. That's what I would do because I talk to a lot of people in the industry. They say there's no point in talking to Huuuge because they're never going to make the M&A. We've gone through all these conversations and things like that. I hope for them that they're able to make a successful M&A if they want. But it doesn't seem like it's going in that direction at the moment.

What are these VIP events like? What happens in them?

We would do roundtables for the players to get their feedback on the game, on their experience, on a new feature. We would present a new feature or just speak to them. You don't understand how much you can learn from just speaking to people who are playing your game. Things that you assumed were perceived in a certain way, or that they enjoyed, or things like that, you can't always see just from data. Speaking to players is the best way to get feedback on what to do better in the game.
