If you are in the system house MD, you can use the shared services, but you're not required to. You can build your own HR environment if you prefer. That's one aspect. Another aspect is the shared services. Let's say there are two major shared services. One is the public sales division, which ensures a large portion of Bechtle's business. The public sales division or public market currently accounts for nearly 60% of Bechtle's top line, which is very successful. However, it's also risky to have such a significant pillar driving the business.

The other main component, which is the core of Bechtle as a value-added reseller, is logistics and service. Logistics and service are utilized by every company or entity within Bechtle. They have strong capabilities in the German market and some in the Austrian market, but logistics and service are not internationalized today.
