The total for sales is roughly €150,000 nationwide. For a sales transaction, your commission would be something like €3,000 to €4,500; for a rental transaction, it's €700 to €1,200.

Generally speaking, for rentals it would be around €1,000, or specifically from €700 to €1,200 commission. The total commission we get from sellers is roughly €3,500 to €5,000 per transaction.

So it seems like in total, the cost of what you spend with Diginet Aruodas, their properties, is something like a little less than 10% of your gross commissions. Does that seem about right?

It's actually more than 10% because one thing is the package that an individual broker has, but another thing is the additional services we buy from Diginet. For example, if I want to list my listing in the top position, I have to spend more money. If I want to emphasize the listing among all the other listings, I have to spend more money on that. Say, for example, I started working with a developer who has a 100-apartment project, a small one. I need to buy positions in Diginet portals to be more visible, and for this I have to pay extra money. This is not included in the standard monthly package. All in all, the cost for Diginet is roughly around 15% each month from the total commission. Of course, the biggest part of the commission goes to the broker.
