How do I think about Microsoft versus AWS? Microsoft has a huge enterprise installed base with Excel and Word. You already have Copilot, so how is Amazon thinking about competing with that? It seems extremely difficult to be in the same league.

I underappreciated that before coming here. My last role was on this new agentic application for business users called Amazon Quick. It is meant to compete with Microsoft's suite, including ChatGPT and Power Automate. You had to go through many hurdles to connect it to everything. It was possible, but it wasn't native, connected to your Outlook or Word. It is all there if you followed all the steps or got somebody in IT to hook it up. That is the path we went down.

Here it is just out of the box.
