Is it easier to coordinate within Uber compared to Waymo One? How does Waymo view this?
I don't know if the same statistics are going to unroll in the other cities as that, as the time goes on. Maybe San Francisco is their home turf being at Silicon Valley and many tech minded people like taking Waymo. That tells me that when they get enough cars out and the cost is good, they can go direct without any issues.

What kind of volume was Waymo aiming to get from Zeekr in terms of the number of car bases?
It is usually the other way around, with car companies demanding you produce 5,000 or 10,000 cars for a volume discount. I don't know the exact number because I was involved in the early stages of a partnership, thinking it would be a joint venture and we might do some international work. But when it shifted to the car provider, I was no longer part of it.
