How were you judged on how well you did your job? You mentioned feedback, client feedback. What type of feedback specifically? I'm curious because I've never heard of an organization that doesn't have any kind of targets or criteria for judging performance.
I personally didn't have any targets or commission because I was strictly in operations. As long as I managed operations well, I was fine. My boss and I were very friendly.

Did you see many hospital clients leave for other RCM service providers?
Yes, there's always attrition, often due to better pricing.
