I see. In terms of the leadership, because you saw a bit of the business, how would you rank the people there? Who was more competent and less? What was your view there?

I had the opportunity to meet with the board and present. With the evolution of maturity within Simon's role area, they got us all to present into the board—our initial impacts and findings, our three to six to 12 month plan of where we're going to go and how we're going to position it. I found it was a really interesting conversation. There was only one technology-centric individual sat within the board. There was an individual from Stagecoach, which is transportation, but entirely different areas. Then there were retail-centric advisors. I found it quite strange for the type of business we had that our board-level advisors were all sat in industries that didn't understand the industry itself. There was a real absence of connection there.
