What do you think Toast really needs to get into these mid-market enterprise deals and win?

We're seeing them already start to win, but I think they're winning off technology and good hardware. To continue to win and keep their customer base, they need to maintain quality. I've heard that one of their accounts with a couple hundred locations is not very happy with support. I know a 40-location Applebee's that was doing rollouts with Toast, and it was not going well because the implementations were messy.
