Regarding market share, it sounds like an 80% share among general contractors is fantastic. What does that mean for subcontractors? Does it imply that adoption at the subcontractor level was very high because it was pushed down to them, leading them to use Congrid by default to work on these projects? Or did they switch between different software based on what the general contractor required for a particular site?

At best, 80% of the 20 biggest general contractors were using Congrid. However, among smaller contractors, there was more variation in the software they used. At that time, Congrid was the premium software in Finland for main contractors, which is why the big ones used it. Subcontractors were encouraged to use it mainly through free licenses. Back then, and perhaps still depending on their website, it was a project-based license. The strategy was to provide it for a project, whether there were 30 or 800 users, allowing the entire site to use it.

You mentioned earlier about pricing. It sounds like they came in and changed the pricing. Is that right?

Yes, I think they started to increase the prices step by step. It had been our aim inside the company already before that, but I think it reached new levels, with more rounds added to the pricing table to align it closer to industry standards.
