How difficult would it be to switch to another competitor if you were not satisfied with Monday?

Technically speaking, if Monday helps us export the data, everything can come in CSV format. The structure is easy to understand. However, all these automations and processes would need to be built from scratch, which would take a long time because we've been evolving our board system for two years now. It's not impossible, and I'm not frightened by the prospect. If Monday were to disappear tomorrow, I could save all the data, and people could continue working with spreadsheets and emails. Our processes are all mapped and documented, which is nice. It would be more costly because there are tools in the market that do similar things to Monday, but I don't know of one that does exactly what they do. If you know of such a product, please let me know, as it's always good to know.

In terms of decision-making, how important is price to you? For instance, if another platform offered you a 20% discount compared to Monday's price, would you switch, or would you stick with Monday? Are you very price-sensitive when making these decisions?

I don't think so, not at the current values we're practicing. I'm not sure of the exact amount, but it's around €60, probably €50 per month per user. It varies, depending on the models they have now. If you said it would be €25 per user per month, but we'd have to redo the system entirely, I'd hesitate unless Monday's price exceeded €70 or €80 per person per month. Then we'd have to reassess and check the market because there are different ways to value the system. My valuation of Monday now is not just the platform itself, but what I've built on top of it. In the long term, if Monday doubled the price, we'd need to find another solution. However, I wouldn't necessarily look for something cheaper because I think it's worth the price. The downtimes are minimal, and they don't have many errors or bugs, which is beneficial. They used to have excellent support, though I'm not sure about that now since I haven't used it recently. Another point is that they included some beta testing for functionalities that aren't public yet. I can discuss some of these, but not all.
