Can I actually ask you about that for a second? I'm saying this as a relative issue. How Israeli is the company? Today; not ten years ago when the founders were just starting out and everyone was coming from the same few units. So, what is the culture like today? Culturally, the things that make them very successful and incredible as entrepreneurs can also make them a bit more fragile as public companies.
Monday is very unique because from the get-go, they did a couple of things that are super interesting. One, full transparency. You join the company, you get a daily SMS of new signups, new deals that are closed. There are dashboards all over the office. There is full transparency around everything. You can see the calendar of the founders and any other senior leadership. The transparency is remarkable. I see now a lot of companies, even the one I work for, trying to imitate the Monday culture because it's very unique.

And I'm not talking about the founders. I'm talking about, you know, your cousin who could have been a nobody in the organization and might be sitting on $750,000 or a million dollars of stock now. And she's a low-level person because she was there early on. How does that person stay motivated and stay connected to the mission?
Over the last few months, I've heard of people who left the company either starting their own ventures or joining different companies, and now they are coming back. This is also a signal of the company's strength. For instance, one person who was doing partner marketing just re-joined the company, which is a testament to the company's quality. This is not just one or two isolated cases; I've heard multiple examples of people returning.

Yes, we're on our second trial already.
Monday’s strength lies in its ability to deliver immediate value for smaller, unstructured processes. Whether you're managing marketing operations, campaigns, events, projects, or creating connectivity between sales, finance, legal, or other supporting functions, Monday enables you to build those workflows easily. This flexibility and adaptability are where the platform truly shines.
