What is Molina's reputation in New Mexico? Maybe you can speak to your understanding of their reputation with providers.
Generally, in New Mexico, in 2022, there was a new RFP bid. The last RFP happened in 2018, and Molina was not selected as one of the MCOs. During that time, without the membership, there was no funding, leading to staff cuts. The claims run-out did not go well, creating obstacles in the provider community. We had to come back in and rebuild trust.
