What processes do they typically want implemented? What are the most common ones?

From my perspective, mainly CQV, which is commissioning, qualification, and validation. This includes computerized software validation and C&Q, which is commissioning and qualification of equipment, systems, utilities, and facilities. I've also dealt with analytic instrument validation. Our expertise is more in CQV, so we mostly deal with these types of clients.

What kind of services are you planning to offer?

Since we'll have our own instance, we will be able to provide our clients with the ability to perform any CQV activities in our instance. If a client doesn't have Kneat and uses a paper process, we can offer them the option to do their projects in our instance.

What kind of services are you planning to offer?

We will offer other suppliers the same opportunity to use our instance for their CQV or other activities, for a fee. We can also resell the software together with a package we are developing. This package includes templates and documents of the process. It could be useful for new clients or startups that don't have any processes defined and want to start with a ready-made package.
