How has that aspect developed since Joakim took over?
I have heard that Joakim saw how he treated people and decided not to have that in his organization. If that is true, it is a really good sign. Nate was very much like George; they both came from General Electric. I used to counsel Nate, saying, "George is tough, but we both make millions of dollars, so we can take it. Your people make hundreds of thousands, not millions, and they don't have to stay here. You can't treat them the way George treats us."
