Looking at Jack Henry's stock, this is the first time it has had a negative five-year trailing return since 2009, during the depths of the financial crisis. The market is clearly concerned about something at Jack Henry, and it was a pretty sharp response. The stock was doing okay for a while, but it has been hit hard in the past few months. I know you may not be a securities analyst, but what do you think the market is worried about from your perspective as a user of the software?

They announced a new core they started building two or three years ago, but I am not sure about the progress. I think they have struggled to communicate the story effectively. I spoke with some folks from Jack Henry last week, and they admitted they haven't done a great job explaining what the new core is, how it complements existing cores, and whether clients can transition from their current core to the new one. This will be the first core Jack Henry has developed in over 30 years.
