And regarding FICO, I'm curious about your view on what they did with this direct licensing program. Could you summarize your perspective and what you're hearing from others in the industry?

However, when the news story broke, reporters started calling us for comments. We had to talk to our lenders, who were unsure. We couldn't just say we didn't know, so we said it was interesting and a good first step, which we now regret. It's clear now that it's a profit grab through a different method. Even today, when Fair Isaac says they cut out the middleman, people believe it. But my lenders still have to pay for the credit files from someone. The resellers will buy the same credit files as before, so the credit bureaus are still involved, and we don't know their charges yet. Nobody got cut out; it's just a reshuffling of who takes the money and when.
