And how much of the SMB business is self-serve?

None of it is self-serve. This is public information. The reason why Coupang works is that if you are part of SMB or Enterprise, you are a seller with what we typically think of as an account manager. They reached out because they were the ones consistently selling and using the advertising service. We are only reaching about 40% in managed services, so 60% is still unmanaged. Not all of them are opportunities; there will be hits and misses. But even lifting 10% to 20% from that unmanaged segment will result in very different revenue. Coupang has openly shared this in various web services. They are now creating business development teams to acquire and activate these customers.

What are your impressions of Bom Kim?

He is a passionate and direct leader. Many people might mistakenly fear him due to his directness in public. However, in the office or during town halls, he shows great care for his team and is genuinely passionate. Such leaders are rare in Korea, and I truly admire him.
