How technically difficult is it to migrate a customer from one platform to another?
It is a nightmare even for technical people. In the Apache case, I remember they were not using Eclipse, and the big push from SLB at that time was, "We've got Apache interested, why don't we simply remodel the whole thing in Eclipse? It would be fantastic." But when you talk to the client, they have 20 years of each well's prediction history. They have modeled each well with a grid with specific parameters.

How technically difficult is it to migrate a customer from one platform to another?
It is not possible to simply switch it to another system and expect it to work. It would probably take Eclipse modeling and switching Apache at least 12 to 18 months to get it to the point where they could repeatedly get the same result that they were getting with their existing model. There is not a lot of value in doing that.
