Recently, starting from the new year, Farfetch is working to implement improvements step by step, but it's not fully functional yet. They allow you to just send photos. We shoot photos with our set, and they receive them through the IT system with our ERP. They established a connection integration, and they receive the articles. However, it's not fully automated. They have a production team to approve and reject those articles, so it's not very direct. In my opinion, it should be improved more.

So now, what about Cettire? How does it work when you get an item incoming into your warehouse for Cettire?
Cettire is the exact opposite. If Farfetch has incredible checks on articles, Cettire just works on an EM code. With Cettire, I can send them items thanks to our ERP, all the articles I have are based on the brands they have on their platform, and there are a lot.

So now, what about Cettire? How does it work when you get an item incoming into your warehouse for Cettire?
Honestly, they sell quite everything. Even if I receive the article today and the production team is still shooting or waiting to shoot, I can already send it to Cettire, and in 24 hours, they have it live. It's a whole different method. It has no control, but it's super fast.
