What did you see as the biggest opportunities for improvement in the reconditioning process when you left?
I think adding more technology is crucial. Ideally, you need better salaries to retain skilled people for inspections. We tried various approaches with different people, but the nature of the work isn't attractive. You can only eliminate that issue with technology. They need to invest in a better structure, move to a new facility with the right layout, and invest in technology. Production lines in every industry are automated these days, and used cars shouldn't be any different. That's my opinion.
