I imagine the dealers wouldn't want Toyota directly selling cars?
No, that's the problem. That's always been the challenge. That's why when I saw Carma, I said they're going to eat Toyota alive for the next five years because Toyota will be very respectful of dealers. One thing Toyota will not do is burn their dealer relationships. They will find a way to try to make the dealers have a stake in it, which to me makes it inefficient. That's why when I saw Carma, I thought, as long as they can get supply, they'll be able to undercut the dealer because they don't have to worry about the dealer. But that's the big challenge. So, yes, it's interesting.
