How do you see Brown & Brown evolving over the next five to 10 years?
I think they're going to try to continue to grow. But the biggest challenge, as we discussed, is if the non-compete, non-disclosure, and non-solicitation agreements go by the wayside. They primarily grow through acquisition. And again, a broker with a million-dollar book is not going to sign on with Brown & Brown if he can make more money elsewhere. It's definitely going to be a challenge going forward.
