For your enterprise clients using Braze, if they were to hypothetically turn off Braze and switch, how big is that switching cost?

Switching from Braze to a different platform depends on the channels you're using. The hardest to switch are mobile channels, which include push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards, and maybe email. Mobile use is deeply embedded with application development, making it a much harder retooling process. Clients with integrated mobile channels find it hardest to switch, depending on the new platform's functionality. Email isn't as sticky as mobile channels.
