Yes, the Memjet technology served its purpose at the time, but eventually, it created more issues than solutions. They were always looking to innovate and solve problems. They delivered a thermal print head with wider nozzles, which increased resistance and durability.

The quality, in terms of DPI, was slightly lower, but the difference was barely noticeable in packaging, especially with boxes. The consumables were more attractively priced and more durable. Our clients often work in rough environments with dust and debris, and these print heads were better suited for such conditions compared to Memjet technology, which was delicate.
