To jump right into it at a high level, I'd love to get your opinion on Air Products today, particularly where their business is heading with their investments in clean hydrogen. Do you think they are moving in the right or wrong direction? Has their risk profile changed? From what we understand, the CEO of Air Products has always been a bit of a risk-taker, somewhat different from the rest of the industry. He led IGN for a long time. However, it seems like some investors have not favored their large investments. We're just curious to hear your high-level opinions on this and what you think about it.

What is different with many of these current investments, and you can look at Louisiana, NEOM, and others and see that much of this is more of a "field of dreams" strategy. There's a significant degree of "build it and they will come," which differs from the historical approach of industrial gases and certainly from much of Air Products' history.
