The Role

The Associate will focus on identifying and engaging the best industry executives to consult with hedge funds. You will be engaging directly with portfolio managers to understand their project brief, finding and speaking to senior executives, and collecting post-consultation feedback. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop project briefs including refining research angels and key search parameters
  • Work with our internal analyst team to generate market and company-specific intelligence, converting these into actionable insights
  • Strategic sourcing of executives using multi-channel sourcing tools and techniques across LinkedIn, Boolean search and external databases
  • Develop and execute research strategies for complex, hard-to-find executives
  • Manage the administration of outbound email campaigns for expert engagement
  • Lead executive screening and onboarding calls
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and work to tight deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years post-qualification experience
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field e.g. business, economics, international relations
  • Strong business communication, recruiting and negotiation skills
  • Discipline to manage multiple priorities and meet tight project deadlines
  • Experience of working well in remote team environments
  • Interest in business, investing and capital markets
  • Preference for fluency in German, Spanish, Italian or Swedish
