There are different aspects. Culturally, ambition, quality of the people and talent and maybe the last aspect is, how involved is the fact that GM owns Cruise?

Both companies have very smart people working for them. Cruise's approach is different; we have our own cars dedicated to autonomous testing and mile accumulation. Tesla, on the other hand, relies on data from customer cars as well. If we're looking at data, Tesla can gather a hundred thousand times more data.

It is very clear what Tesla is doing. They sell cars equipped with software that gets upgraded as more data comes in. With three to four million cars driving around and collecting data, they have a significant training advantage since AI is a data game. If Tesla solves it, they will have a large robo-taxi fleet. However, I'm unsure about Cruise's battle plan. I understand the city-by-city expansion in Arizona, San Francisco, and now Houston, but what is the overall strategy?

Tesla has the advantage of all the data they've collected, but they aren't changing their hardware as fast as Cruise.

Can you compare the driving experience between Tesla and Cruise? I know you need to drive the Tesla, whereas with Cruise, you can sit in the back. How do these two experiences compare?

Cruise is not on the freeway yet, while Waymo is testing on the freeway. Tesla has freeway driving down to about 95%.
